If you are unable to accept a Comboo order, whether due to timing conflicts, requirements, or other reasons, you can decline it directly on the platform. Here’s how:
1. Access the “My Orders” Section
Log in to your Workeet account and click on the link My Orders in the Dashboard.
2. Locate the Comboo Order
In the list of orders, find the Comboo order you wish to decline.
3. Click on “Decline Order”
Select the order and click on the Decline Order button to inform that you will not be able to fulfill the client’s request.
Important Tips:
- If possible, before declining the order, contact the client through the chat to explain your decision and, if applicable, suggest an alternative timeline or condition for the work to be done in the future.
- Declining the order will allow the client to find another freelancer to meet their needs more quickly.
