Step-by-Step Guide to Receiving Payments
1. Complete and Submit the Work
- Complete the contracted work according to the details agreed upon in the proposal.
- Submit the completed work to the client within the platform, using the available tools for file delivery and updates.
2. Wait for Client Approval
- The client will review the submitted work.
- Once the client approves the work, the payment will be automatically released to your Balance on the Workeet Platform.
3. Request a Withdrawal
- Once the payment is credited to your Wallet, you can request a withdrawal to your bank account.
- The withdrawal processing time depends on the subscription plan chosen:
- Starter Plan: 7 business days.
- Pro Plan: 5 business days.
- Elite Plan: 2 business days.
Important Payment Information
Intermediation Fees
- For the Starter and Pro plans, the platform charges a 15% fee on the total value of the work.
- For the Elite plan, the intermediation fee is reduced to 10%.
Payments by Checkpoint
- For works contracted by checkpoint, you will receive payment for each stage after delivery and client approval.
Payment Security
- The contracted service amount is reserved on the platform as soon as the client accepts the proposal, ensuring that the payment is released to the freelancer after the work is completed.
