Job Title
- Choose a clear and objective title that summarizes the essence of the job you are hiring for. Be specific to attract the right freelancers.
Select Category
- Choose the category that best describes the job to be performed, such as “Graphic Design,” “Digital Marketing,” or “Software Development.” This helps specialized freelancers find your project.
Select Subcategory
- Refine the search even further by selecting the appropriate subcategory. For example, in “Graphic Design,” choose between “Logos” or “Brand Identity.”
Job Duration
- Specify whether the job will be a short-term project or a long-term engagement. This information helps freelancers better plan their time.
Choose Experience Level
- Select the required experience level for the job: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. This ensures the project matches the freelancer’s skills.
Write a Job Description

Meta Title (Optional)

My Jobs
The My Jobs section is where you can manage all the jobs you have posted on the Workeet platform. Below are the available features and how to use them:
Post a Job
- Click the “Post a Job” button to create and publish a new project. You can describe the job, set a budget, specify required skills, and provide other relevant details to attract qualified freelancers or agencies.
Job Management Tabs
View and organize all the jobs you have created on the platform. They are categorized as follows:
- All Jobs: Displays the complete list of all created projects.
- Active Jobs: Lists jobs that are open and awaiting proposals.
- Closed Jobs: Shows jobs that have been closed before being completed.
- Completed Jobs: Displays jobs that have been successfully finished.
Job Details
Each posted job is identified by a unique number (e.g., #00247). You can check the following details:
- Job Status: Indicates whether the job is “Open,” “Completed,” or “Closed.”
- Job Title: The name describing the job.
- Visibility: Shows whether the job is Public (visible to everyone) or Private.
- Dates and Experience Level: Displays the posting date and the required experience level, such as “Professional.”
- Proposals Received: Shows the number of freelancers who have submitted proposals for the job.
Available Actions for Each Job
To manage a specific job, you can take the following actions:
- Close Job: Use this option to close an open job if you no longer need freelancers.
- Edit Job: Make adjustments to the project details, such as description, budget, or required skills.
- View Job: See the public job page with all the details available to freelancers.

My Orders
The My Orders section allows you to manage the services you have hired from freelancers on the platform. Here, you can track the status of each order and take important actions to keep the workflow efficient.

Orders are organized into categories, making it easier to track the progress of each one:
- All: Lists all orders placed.
- Online | Active: Shows orders currently being executed by freelancers.
- In Queue: Displays orders waiting to start or for confirmation.
- Rejected: Includes orders that have been rejected or canceled.
- Completed: Displays successfully completed orders.
Order Details
Each order includes detailed information so you can track progress clearly:
- Order Title: The name of the service hired.
- Order Status: Indicates whether the order is “Active,” “Completed,” “In Queue,” or “Rejected.”
- Order Date: Shows when the order was placed or updated, such as “2 days ago” or “1 month ago.”
- Order Budget: Indicates the total funded amount, such as “$60.00.”
- Delivery Deadline: Displays the estimated time for completion, such as “1 Day” or “Less than 1 week.”
- Responsible Freelancer: Shows the name and status of the responsible freelancer.

- Deliver Order: If applicable, confirm the delivery of the requested work.

The Workeet team may update the payment status of pending transactions, ensuring that all financial information is up to date.

Updated Proposals
The Updated Proposals section allows you to track and manage changes to the proposals submitted by freelancers for the jobs you posted. Here, you can review the details, approve, or discuss adjustments to the suggested terms.
Each updated proposal includes the following key information:
- Proposal Status: Shows the current status, such as “Pending.”
- Description: Indicates that the proposal was modified by the freelancer with updated details.
- Updated Proposal Amount: Displays the new suggested price for the job, such as “$22.00.”
- Delivery Timeframe: Shows the deadline proposed by the freelancer for job completion, such as “3 Days.”
- Creation Date: Indicates when the proposal was originally submitted or updated, such as “Nov 22, 2024.”
- Responsible Freelancer: Displays the name and status of the freelancer who updated the proposal.
Available Action for Each Proposal
- View Updated Proposal: Click this option to access all proposal details, including modified terms, messages, and attachments sent by the freelancer.
The Updated Proposals section is essential to ensure that job conditions are clear and aligned between you and the freelancer. If you agree with the adjustments, you can proceed with approval and start the job.
Wallet and Withdrawals
The Wallet and Withdrawals section allows you to manage payments made on the Workeet platform. Here, you can track completed transactions, check the available balance in your wallet for future payments, and securely control your financial history.
“Balance”: Displays your available balance on the platform.
To request a withdrawal to your bank account, simply click the “Withdrawal Request” button, then choose the Withdrawal Method and Amount.
To deposit money into the platform, just click the “Deposit to Wallet” button and choose the payment method.
Support Tickets
Area to open and track help requests directly with the Workeet Support Team.
Useful for resolving doubts, reporting issues, or obtaining technical support.
The “View Details” button opens the chat where you can respond to your requests directly with our team.
“Status” shows the progress of the ticket.
All Reports
The All Reports section is where you can access and manage reports submitted to the Workeet team. Here, you will find a list with the following details:

- Title: Name or subject of the submitted report.
- Status: Updates from the Workeet team indicating the progress or resolution of your report.
- Report Creation Date: The date when the report was originally submitted.

Live Chat
A tool for Freelancers and Clients to communicate in real time via text messages (Chat), with the ability to send files and update proposals.
Great for quickly resolving questions and negotiating project details.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enhances the security of your account by adding an extra layer of protection. Follow the steps below to set it up:
- Scan the QR Code:
- Use an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or any compatible app.
- Alternatively, enter the code manually.
- Enter the App Code:
- Open the authenticator app and copy the generated code.
- Enter the PIN in the “Authenticator Code” field.
Once completed, your account will be secured with two-step authentication. This helps protect your data from unauthorized access.
Change Password
Allows you to reset your password quickly and securely.
Edit Your Account
Allows you to update basic information such as your profile picture, email, first and last name, country, state, city, and experience level. You can also submit feedback to the platform.
Verification Badge
The Verification Badge is a way to confirm the authenticity and reliability of a profile on the Workeet Platform. Verified profiles display a special badge next to the profile picture, providing more credibility and security for freelancers, businesses, and clients.
How to Obtain the Verification Badge
To obtain the badge, you must submit a photo of one of the official documents listed below. The process is simple and secure, ensuring that only legitimate users receive this certification.
