Services involving minors
Some Services on Workeet involve the participation of minors.
In cases where the minor is the primary service provider (e.g., child voice acting, narration, and dubbing), the account owner must be the parent or legal guardian of the minor. When applicable, this must be clearly indicated in the Service components and profile description.
In cases where the minor is involved in the service creation process (e.g., photography for children’s products), it must be clear from the nature of the service that the participation of minors is necessary.
Parents or legal guardians and freelancers working with minors while providing their services are required to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding child labor.
Users under 18 years old cannot provide the following services on Workeet: dance lessons, modeling, greeting cards and videos, and “Your message in…”.

We do not allow sexually explicit content featuring minors or content that seeks to sexually exploit minors, including, but not limited to:
NSFW/obscene illustrations and voiceovers
erotic stories
lolicon (or loli), shotacon (or shota) voiceovers, or anime illustrations
any sexually explicit images of children, including those generated by AI tools and programs
We also prohibit portraying and describing minors in a way that may be considered sexually suggestive, violent, or exploitative in nature.
Workeet may use broad discretion in removing items that include or depict minors. User accounts involved in violating this policy will be permanently suspended.
We immediately report Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which works with global law enforcement agencies.
