You can send a customized proposal to the Client if they contact you through the Chat, follow these simple steps to ensure communication is clear and efficient.
1. Access the Chat
- At the top of the page, click the chat icon to open the message window.
2. Send a Customized Proposal
- At the top right of the Chat page, you will find the Send Proposal button.
- To send a new proposal, click this button.
3. Choose the Payment Method
- You can agree with the client to pay the job at a fixed price or through Checkpoints. Choose the payment method and fill in all the fields.
4. Attach Documents or Files (if necessary)
- If you have documents or files (such as a quote, contract, or work samples) that are part of the new proposal, use the attachment option in the chat to send them directly.
- Click the attachment icon at the corner of the message box to select the files you want to send.
5. Send the Customized Proposal
- After reviewing the proposal and ensuring all the details are correct, click “Send” to send the message with the new proposal.
- If the proposal is complex or involves many details, you can choose to send the information in several messages to ensure everything is understood clearly.
6. Track the Proposal Status
- After sending the proposal, wait for the response from the client or freelancer. Workeet allows you to track the conversation in real-time, and you will be notified as soon as the other party responds.
- If necessary, send a polite reminder if you don’t receive a response within the expected time.
7. Negotiation and Adjustments
- If further adjustments or modifications are needed after sending the proposal, just continue the communication via chat, updating the details as necessary.
- Remember to keep the conversation within the platform to ensure the security and integrity of the negotiation.
